Our 27 year old female patient requested removal of the lesions located on her right nasolabial fold and left nasal tip. We performed elliptical excisions of the lesions. The excisions completely removed the lesions and resulted in very fine linear scars (which will continue to fade over time). She is shown before and 6 months after the procedure.
