Our patient presented with a history of bilateral breast macromastia and complaints of uncomfortably large, heavy breasts, including neck and back pain, shoulder grooving from her garments, and recurrent rashes beneath the breasts. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a bilateral breast reduction to improve her comfort, breast proportion, and overall quality of life. Approximately 424 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast and 364 grams from the left to achieve a lighter, more balanced breast shape. She has healed beautifully and is already enjoying significant relief from her symptoms while loving her results.
