Insurance Options
There are a variety of factors that affect whether a procedure will be approved and covered by insurance. It largely depends on the policy of your insurance provider and whether your procedure is deemed medically necessary.

As a general rule, if a procedure or treatment is purely cosmetic, it will be classed as an elective procedure and therefore will not be covered by insurance.

If you have discussed your procedure with Dr. Markarian or his staff and are trying to claim the procedure through your insurance provider, there may be a considerable amount of processing time required to receive a decision of whether your claim was approved or not. This can often take between 3 and 6 weeks. You will receive a call from the office when they are notified by your insurance provider of a decision.

If you have any questions about processing your surgery through insurance or the status of your claim. Please call the office and follow line two.
Financing Available
Dr. Markarian does accept credit cards, cash and checks should you wish to proceed with a surgery and offers CareCredit as an alternative to these options.
