Our patient presented with a history of bilateral breast macromastia, experiencing discomfort from large, heavy breasts. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a bilateral breast reduction, removing approximately 814 grams from the right breast and 793 grams from the left to improve balance, comfort, and overall proportions. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her lighter, more proportional results.
