Our patient presented with bilateral breast macromastia and concerns related to uncomfortably large, heavy breasts, including neck and back pain, shoulder grooving, and rashes beneath the breasts. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a bilateral breast reduction to improve comfort and overall balance, removing approximately 520 grams from the right breast and 510 grams from the left. She is healing beautifully and is already experiencing significant relief and improved daily comfort.
