24 year old athletic graduate student wished to improve symmetry between right and left breasts. She was happy with volume on right side, but wanted right breast shape improved. She wanted left breast enlarged to match size of right breast. Procedure performed was asymmetric breast lift (both breasts lifted, but right more than left). She had circumvertical ("lollipop") lift on right and and areola ("doughnut") lift on left, and 250 ml low profile breast implant on left side only.
