Our patient presented with a history of breast ptosis and deflation and desired improved lift and fullness. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with an augmentation mastopexy to restore breast position and enhance volume. Motiva ERSM 220 cc implants were placed in a subfascial position to achieve a natural, balanced contour. She is healing beautifully after 6 months and is very pleased with her lifted, refreshed results.
