I am 7 months post op from BA with lift and have acute capsular contracture in both breasts. My implants (450cc, SRF) were placed UTM. My surgeon will perform a capsulotomy and replace with a smaller 365cc implant. Would you advise against the exchange?

I am 16 and have painful tuberous breasts...what are my options to fixing them and will insurance most likely cover it? I’ve had tuberous breasts for as long as I can remember but they started getting painful at about age 13... they are also quite ugly and I can’t stand looking at them...I think it’s about time I do something about it but I'm clueless on how to take the first steps.
My wife has long had Baker III capsular contracture around her Allergan 468 textured implants (18 yrs post-op). Won't the CC tend to mask the effusion/swelling and/or firmness that seem to be the most prevalent early symptoms of BI-ALCL?
If so, might this set of circumstances uniquely make prophylactic explantation worth considering?
