Rhinoplasty & Septoplasty - 1 year postop

This young woman wanted a narrower nose, a smoother profile, and a naturally lifted tip that would not droop when smiling. She also wanted to improve her breathing, so a septoplasty was performed along with her rhinoplasty.

These photographs show her results one year after surgery, demonstrating a natural, refined appearance with a well-supported nasal tip that maintains its position even when smiling.

Immediate postoperative photographs were also shared with her to help illustrate her anticipated results as swelling gradually subsided. The goal was to achieve a balanced, natural-looking nose while improving breathing and maintaining long-term structural support.
