40 year old female underwent an Open Rhinoplasty to improve the overall appearance of her nose. Patient was unhappy with her long crooked nose as well as the bump on the bridge of her nose. Bump was lowered, length of nose was shortened, tip was widened and slightly raised and tip was straightened. Post operative photos taken six months after surgery.
