55 year old female 2 years following exchange of breast implants and a lift. She had previously undergone a breast augmentation with implants that were too wide for her frame. This left her with symmastia, or breasts that touch together. She also had indentation of her nipples caused by poor surgical closure of her prior peri-areolar incision. Over time, her breasts had also started to droop. These issues were corrected with removal and replacement of the breast implants and a mastopexy or breast lift.
