This is a 40y/o female who complained of excess skin of her abdomen and feeling that her abdominal wall muscles were separated. She was unable to lose her belly fat. She described her breasts as being deflated after having two children. She wanted her abdomen flat and "snatched" and her breasts lifted. Six months following a Bilateral Mastopexy and Abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks, she is very happy with her results. She is wearing a C cup bra, M in tops and 28/29 in pants. Her abdominal measurements have decreased by 11.5 inches. Pre-operatively she wore a C cup bra, M/L in tops and 8 in pants
