This is a breast augmentation with lift case performed on a 64-year-old patient weighing 109 lbs, starting from a C cup. Dr. Spears used an anchor lift technique combined with 175cc Mentor silicone gel implants. The anchor pattern addresses the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the breast envelope, allowing the nipple-areolar complex to be repositioned while the implant adds volume. At 13 months post-op, the after photo shows the breasts sitting higher on the chest wall, with the nipples repositioned and the anchor incision lines visible and continuing to fade.
