Dr. Jaibaji is trained as both a plastic surgeon and general surgeon in the United Kingdom (Oxford, Leeds, and Liverpool) and the United States, completing his education at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Southern California. Even after two decades of practicing medicine, he continues to learn about the latest advancements in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures to provide his patients with the best care and surgical results.

Thank you for the question. If you want to have revision surgery to improve the projection and breast shape then you can have it any time. The breast shape can be improved with internal suturing or with a breast lift. When you consult with a plastic surgeon you will get a better idea of your options and what needs to be done.
