Our patient presented with low, deflated breasts and desired improved shape, lift, and fullness. After discussing her goals, we decided on a breast augmentation with a mastopexy to restore a more youthful breast position and contour. Motiva round gel, demi projection 340 cc implants were placed in a submuscular position to provide natural shape and long-term support. Axillary liposuction was also performed to improve contour in the underarm area. She has healed beautifully and is very happy with her balanced, lifted results.
