This is a 46 yo female who complained of abdominal skin excess, breast asymmetry and breast ptosis. Her goals were to have her breasts larger, lifted and the nipple position and to have the saggy skin of her abdomen removed. She has 1 child. Her initial breast augmentation was 25 years ago. Seventeen years ago, she underwent a bilateral breast implant removal and replacement with mastopexy, using smaller implants. She feels that the right breast is low and sits under her arm pit and the left nipple is too low. Ten months following Bilateral breast implant removal and replacement with revision mastopexy, insertion of GalaFlex and abdominoplasty, she is very happy with her results.
