This is a 40y/o female who complained of having excess skin of her abdomen that does not respond to diet and exercise and having breasts that hang low and lack superior pole fullness following three pregnancies. She wore a 36DD bra, L in tops and 30 in pants. Over the past year, she lost 40 lbs with tirzepatide. Her goal was to have her abdomen flat and her breasts lifted and fuller superiorly. Six months following a Bilateral augmentation mastopexy and Abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks, she is very happy with her results. Her abdominal measurements have decreased by 9 inches, she is wearing a 6 in pants and sports bras.
