Our patient, a 38-year-old mother of two, desired a more contoured waist and less bulk of her abdomen. We recommended a tummy tuck with muscle plication, but she was still considering a third pregnancy. She opted not to undergo a tummy tuck at this time but wanted some improvement in the meantime. We performed liposuction to her central abdomen, lower abdomen, hips/waist and transferred fat from these areas to her buttock. She is shown before and 3 months after her procedure. She is extremely happy with her results.
900cc total volume aspirated, 700cc of which was fat.
200cc fat injected into each buttock. 400cc total fat injected.
