I have been a female plastic surgeon for 46 years in practice until now. I work at the beginning with reconstructive and aesthetic patients, including burn center, but in the last 20 years I dedicate only for aesthetic procedures because grows to fast in my career and in the last 10 years I focus only in Face and Breast Surgery and non invasive procedures, including deep plane facelift, endobrow and full face endoscopy, blepharoplasy, technologies for resurfacing and collagen stimulation, breast augmentation, Preservè tecnique, breast reduction and mastopexy using the sling muscle for long-lasting results without implants and explantation with breast reconstruction using flaps and lipofilling.

I have capsular contracture in one breast and have consulted with two doctors about removal of implants and doing a lift again. You can perform both procedures at the same time. If you choose breast lifting you have scars depending how much your breasts sag and the size of the new implants. If you have enough breast tissue maybe you do not need implants, only breast lifting. The important point is to look for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience in breast surgery.
