From the description and history you provided, it sounds like you might be an ideal candidate for a breast reduction. It would certainly be worth your time to have a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Can I have a tummy tuck done after 15 months of having tumescent/power assisted liposuction? After having the tumescent/power assisted liposuction/micro laser assisted, I ended up with a pooch and a lump below my belly button. Can tummy tuck fix these irregularities? Thanks

Sounds like you unsatisfactory tightening of your skin and contour irregularity after a lipoplasty procedure. "Tummy Tuck" procedures can effectively change all of that. You would trade the skin excess and lump for a curvilinear scar along the very lowest part of your abdomen. ASAPS surgeons frequently deal with these issues. You should be encouraged.

Your description of your healing process after lip implant is not typical. The cause of your experience is unclear. At this point, it appears you might be best served by having the implants removed, allowing your lips to completely heal, then reconsidering your options for augmentation. A board certified, ASAPS surgeon should be able to help you reach your goals.
