I'm an ironworker and would love to get breast implants, but I don't know if that would be safe for the line of work I do. I'm afraid that they would get popped or something.. any suggestions.. thank you

Being an ironworker would not be a reason to be excluded from breast implants. Find a experienced board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns. Good luck.

I'm 5,3" and I weigh about 125 pounds. I'm a pretty thin/athletic girl but my breast size is around a 32DDD to a 32F depending on where I get my bra. In general it is better to wait a few more years for near complete breast development however in individual cases were breast size is substantially interfering in usual lifestyle activities it is reasonable to proceed at a younger age. Getting a breast reduction at 15 is not unreasonable but may lead to needing a second reduction as you get older. Be sure to seek out an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
