Absolutely! Now some problems with your breasts now (ie: incisions, capsule, etc) may make it more challenging but you can have the procedures done at the same time and done safely. The lift may leave you with an unusual looking breast in the early post-op period but with settling, it usually turns our quite nicely. If your capsules are under the muscle, you may not be able to removal all of it anyway. As for the risks, its your surgeon's job to make sure you know the risks and bleeding is a risk but in my experience, if you're careful about stopping the bleeding when it happens, it becomes a non-issue.

Liposuction of the tummy does not provide 'wow' results. The fat harvested from there could be injected into your buttocks and breasts if you are accepting of the risks. The buttocks and breasts can accept considerable amounts of fat where a visible difference should be appreciated. There are many methods to prep fat grafts so ask your surgeon on what technique is used. I personally like the "PureGraft' system. As for healing, you should avoid laying on any grafted areas (sleep on your sides) and if you have preserved the volume after 3 months, you can depend on it to stay. Activities would be allowed per your surgeon's protocols.

I am currently overweight but slowly losing. Can I get implants now so I don't lose my size and no one notices or should I wait?

When losing weight, it is always best to get to your stable weight that you are able to maintain easily with your daily routines. Your breasts will change with weight loss and you may not like what changes occur following an augmentation followed by weight loss. So the recommendation is to wait.

Is breast reduction revision possible?

I had reduction from DDD to D 10 months ago (lollipop procedure). One breast has more weight/volume and is heavier than is comfortable. A 2nd opinion was to have the original doctor just lipo the larger breast in the OR vs office. He said the risks associated with revision surgery weren't warranted…

Revisions are always possible. But before embarking on one, make sure it will produce the result that you desire. If your breast tissue was fatty, liposuction will work. If it was dense, liposuction will not work. Your original surgeon has the advantage of knowing what was there and ideally, he/she would be best to have your revision done unless you are not communicating well anymore. You do need to be evaluated in person to really know what can and cannnot be done.
