Our patient presented with a history of full upper eyelids and brow asymmetry, creating a tired appearance around the eyes. She desired periorbital rejuvenation for a more refreshed and youthful look. After discussing her goals, we decided on a bilateral brow lift to elevate the brows and improve symmetry and bilateral upper blepharoplasty to address excess upper eyelid skin. She feels rejuvenation and loves her “more awake” appearance.
