The patient, a 45-year-old female, underwent an upper blepharoplasty procedure. The images illustrate changes observed 6 months post-operation. In the pre-operative image, there is visible excess skin on the upper eyelids. The post-operative image shows a reduction in this excess skin, resulting in a more defined eyelid contour. The natural crease of the eyelid appears more prominent and less obscured by redundant tissue.
