Our patient presented with concerns of excess upper eyelid tissue, and full lower cheeks and submentum. He desired a more refreshed, contoured facial appearance. After discussing his goals, we decided on a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to address upper eyelid skin excess, along with submental liposuction to improve the neck and jawline contour, and buccal fat excision to refine the lower cheek fullness. He has healed beautifully and loves his distinct but still subtle rejuvenation.
