Our patient presented desiring an upper blepharoplasty for a refreshed, more awake appearance to her eyes. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with an upper blepharoplasty and lacrimal gland ptosis repair to create a smoother eyelid contour while maintaining her natural expression. This was performed wide awake with minimal discomfort. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her results.
