Our patient has a history of breast implants that shifted downward and outward over time (inferior–lateral displacement), causing the breasts to sit lower and wider than desired. She wanted her implants lifted, better supported, and slightly smaller. After reviewing her goals, we performed an implant exchange with mastopexy (breast lift). New Motiva ergonomic gel, demi projection 340 cc implants were placed, along with galaflex internal bra support. She is very happy with her improved breast position, support, and more refined contour.
