Our patient presented with a history of breast implants that had developed lateral displacement following weight loss. She desired improvement in both her breast position and abdominal contour. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a breast implant exchange to restore balance and support, along with an abdominoplasty. Her Sientra 410cc moderate plus profile smooth round silicone implants were removed and replaced with Motiva ERSD 425cc implants and internal bra support to achieve her desired fullness and contour. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her refreshed, balanced results.
