Case #127491

Breast revision with symmastia repair

Our patient presented with a history of breast implants and symmastia — a condition where the implants sit too close together, creating the appearance of the breasts merging at the midline. Her saline implants were 15 years old, and she desired improved separation, support, and an overall refreshed result. Together we decided on implant removal with placement of Motiva ERSD 380cc implants in the subfascial plane, along with GalaFLEX internal bra mesh to reinforce the breast pockets and restore natural definition between the breasts. She is healing beautifully and is thrilled with her renewed shape and support.
