Our patient presented with a history of multiple breast procedures, and wished to decrease her implant size. Together we decided on an implant exchange, downsizing from 375cc silicone implants to Motiva round gel, demi projection 300cc implants. To provide additional support and internal bra scaffold was also placed. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her smaller breasts to better balance her petite frame.
