Our lovely patient presented desiring breast rejuvenation. She wanted her saline implants to be downsized and lifted. We were able to downsize her 400 cc implants and together selected Mentor Boost 355 cc moderate plus profile implants. We lifted internally all via an incision along the breast fold. We also added an internal bra support (galaflex) to help maintain the longevity of her internal lift. She was able to return to work and normal activity within the first few days after surgery and required no narcotic pain medication throughout her recovery. We are thrilled for her rejuvenated results!
