Our patient previously underwent a bilateral breast reduction with another surgeon, during which approximately 1,000 grams were removed from each breast. She later returned, desiring an additional reduction to better align with her comfort and aesthetic goals. Together we proceeded with a repeat bilateral breast reduction, removing an additional ~700 grams from each side. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her lighter feel and improved overall balance.
