This patient, in her 30’s, was bothered by many symptoms of her large, heavy and pendulous breasts. She also desired to have a better appearance of her breasts. She elected to proceed with a breast reduction, which lifted and reshaped her breasts while making them a smaller, more desirable size. She was in the range of a 36 DDD cup prior to surgery and is now a nice, proportional size after surgery (shown in the pictures at 3 months afterwards). Over 2.5 lbs in total was removed from her breasts. Her previous symptoms have resolved because of the surgery and she is extremely pleased with her results.
