Case #123396

The breasts I've always wanted...

This 5'4 woman in her early 20s is shown 3 months after a 350cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implant was placed.

When picking the best implant size, I always advise patients to note a person's height and age when they look at before and afters... Why? Age and height are important in determining the desired cup size. In general, it takes about 150cc to go up a cup size -- a little more if you're taller, a little less if you're shorter. Also, if you're a little older, your skin may stretch a little more, and it will take a slightly larger implant to fully expand your breast to achieve the desired cup size. 350cc expanded her a little over 2 cup sizes...

I hope this helps when deciding the implant volume that's best for you...
