This patient is a 5’7 woman in her late 20s wanted a natural result and is shown at 6 weeks & 7 months after a short-incision Breast Augmentation with dual-plane sub-pectoral placement of 275cc moderate plus profile silicone implants. I always to try to place implants low so patients can see their long-term results sooner!
The views from the patient's left (with the hair down) are at 7 months postop.
The views from the patient's right (with the hair tied up) are at 6 weeks postop.
Please note how similar the immediate (6 week) results are to the long-term (7 month) results.
I've also placed a side by side comparison in the final front view photos where the 6 week results are compared to the 7 month results --> very similar :)
