Hello! I am having five procedures done. Tummy tuck, BBL, Breast lift w/ implants, BodyTite & lipo inner thighs, and Labiaplasty. My surgeon wants to do the TT, BBL & labiaplasty first. Then 6 weeks later come back and do the breasts & inner thighs. The more I research the more I really don’t want…

Of course this question should be discussed with your surgeon. The surgical time is one consideration. One thing I would note, you need as much donor fat as possible for the BBL and one of the donor fat sites may be the lower abdomen that will be removed in the tummy tuck. Best, Talmage Raine MD

I had facial surgery and afterwards my face appeared to be covered with a white film. When it started flaking off, I called the doctor (due to unusual circumstances, I was able to call him) and he told me that they had washed my face with baby shampoo but did not leave anything on my skin. I asked…

Sorry for your troubles. It sounds like you had a reaction to a standard product that this surgeon uses as a prep in most of his facial procedures. You did not state which procedure was performed. Perhaps an agent like aloe will resolve the peeling quicker. As to your right; yes you have a right to all the information available including your entire medical record. Best, Talmage Raine MD

Hi, I'm a 17 (almost 18) year old female. I am content with the size and shape of my breasts, but incredibly self conscious of my nipples. I have 32C breasts that are round (not tubular in shape) but the entire areola is raised above my breast, and the nipple itself is flat, so it just looks like a…

This is not an uncommon condition. The appropriate procedure would be subject to a physical exam and consultation. The issue could be addressed with removal of some of this puffy tissue and it could be done under local anesthesia. Results may vary but a substantial improvement would be anticipated. The biggest concern would be to not compromise significant sensation to that area. All the best, Talmage Raine MD

Hi. I have 25 year silicone implants and over the last 4 weeks one has become extremely swollen feels like a tennis ball on my chest . It is quite painful, feels tingly and bruised and feels very full and heavy. It is also very warm. I feel because I have implants that the doctors automatically…

This is a complicated issue which is beyond a simple answer on this site. I would recommend several opinions and come to some consensus. Not saying it is not inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) . It is best not to use acronyms here. I have no idea what ADSL is. So this answer is of little help to you, I am afraid. But the issue is just too complicated to give a decent response other than with an actual physical exam and opinion with some further tests. Best, Talmage Raine MD
