I am a Crew Lead at an Insulation Company in Massachusetts. I run my own insulation jobs with 1 or 2 helpers and I'm also a smoker. I got 450cc Saline implants under the muscle and it's been exactly 4 weeks post-operative. However, I still feel a lot of muscle tightening just from doing little…

I typically tell patients that they can return to strenuous activity at 3 weeks post-op. The rate limiting factor is that whatever you try needs to feel comfortable. If not, then wait a few days and try again. I recommend that you check with your surgeon before you do anything strenuous.

I am not on any medications just allergy meds. I have permanent marks and grooves on my back and shoulders. I can't find bras and am not comfortable in my clothes. It sound as if you may be an excellent candidate for a breast reduction which may alleviate many of your symptoms. My recommendation is to find a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who has experience with this procedure. Best of luck!

Once you have stopped lactating, you can proceed with the procedure. That will certainly depend on the opinion of the operating surgeon.

I'm 70 years old and in good health, with tight skin, so I've been told that I'm a good candidate by facial plastic surgeons that I've consulted with. I'd like a non-biased opinion regarding healing time, and aesthetic outcomes in 70 year olds.

The aesthetic outcome is really independent of your age. The most significant consideration is your general medical health. If you are healthy, a non-smoker and not obese, your risks are quite acceptable. The aesthetic outcome will depend upon your concerns, your expectations and the advice you plastic surgeon gives you.
