Introduction
Dr. Richard Tyrell is a fellowship-trained craniofacial, certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He trained at Temple University and the University of Utah, and has held academic and clinical leadership roles, including Director of Craniofacial Surgery and Site Director for a plastic surgery residency. Dr. Tyrell has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and led national research in virtual and augmented reality for surgical education.
