Education & Training
Dr. Fredman completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he trained across a wide range of procedures, including breast surgery and body contouring. His training emphasized both technical precision and patient-centered care, which continue to define his practice today.
He earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University, graduating with a degree in Human Physiology and earning Dean’s List honors.
