Certified by the Mexican Board of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Oscar E. Flores Woods specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body and also reconstructive surgery. He performs the latest treatments in cosmetic surgery as well as nonsurgical rejuvenation. Dr. Woods is committed to providing excellence in care, while treating every patient like family.

Dr. Woods is a top aesthetic practice, offering a full range of surgical and noninvasive services to the face, neck, breast and body. Dr. Woods leads a team of experienced nurses, medical assistants, a patient care coordinator, and surgical staff in this state of the art facility.

The staff works closely with Dr. Woods to create the best environment for the patient from the consultation to surgery and post surgery care. Dr. Woods caters to the needs of each patient with a concierge type service. He gives her personal cell phone number to her surgical patients and answers her own emails.

Education & Training

Dr. Woods completed his combined general surgery and plastic and reconstructive training at Hospital General de Mexico in Mexico City, one of the most rigorous and competitive training programs in the country. He was chosen to serve as chief resident during his final year of training. During this time, Dr. Woods was able to learn from prestigious mentors, pioneers, and leaders in all fields of plastic surgery.

Dr. Woods subsequently pursued additional specialized training in cranio-maxillofacial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with world-renowned mentors at Mexico City. Dr. Woods also served as a clinical instructor of plastic surgery in Hospital General Mazatlan, teaching plastic surgery techniques and principles to surgical residents and medical students.

He continues to be academically oriented, and is committed to providing his patients with the most current, evidence-based care and surgical techniques.
