Professional Background
Inspired by her father's introduction to the operating room at the age of 11, Dr. Sieffert has dedicated her career to mastering her craft and advancing the field of plastic surgery. Since beginning her practice in 2019, she has established herself as a trusted surgeon in the Columbus area, combining advanced surgical techniques with a deep understanding of human anatomy.
Beyond patient care, Dr. Sieffert remains engaged in surgical education as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Wright State University, where she lectures and teaches surgical labs on facial and nasal cosmetic surgery to Plastic Surgery Residents. She has primary authored multiple publications in major surgical journals and presented her research at prestigious national meetings, contributing to the ongoing advancement of plastic surgery.

Dr. Sieffert received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson (2008-2013), where she was actively involved in medical and surgical research while serving as a suture clinic instructor and cadaver lab instructor.
She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona – Eller College of Management (2010-2011) to better understand the evolving landscape of healthcare and medicine.
She completed her Plastic Surgery Residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio (2013-2019), where she conducted extensive research on healthcare costs, targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR) surgery, head and neck reconstruction, and breast cancer.
