Originally from New York, Dr. Fox earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed both his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Albert Einstein Hospital in New York. He also completed an additional fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Louisville. Dr. Fox was also board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery.
