Dr. Robles Mejía trained at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He followed two years of residency in general surgery and three years of specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital Geral Santa Casa da Misericordia in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

During his training as a plastic surgeon, he shared and worked with internationally renowned plastic surgeons. He maintains direct contact with his mentors and constantly participates in national and international symposia and conferences to stay up to date and remain at the forefront of the latest techniques, so he can offer the best to his patients.

He has participated in more than 40 national and international conferences, at which he has presented scientific papers, both as an author and a co-author. Dr. Robles has published part of his work in some international scientific journals of plastic surgery, including a book chapter.
