Dr. Gonzalez has extensive experience in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast surgery, reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, hand surgery, hair restoration surgery, regenerative medicine, and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.

Throughout his career, he has performed thousands of successful procedures and has remained actively involved in medical education, research, and international scientific societies. He regularly incorporates the latest technologies and evidence-based techniques into his practice.

For over a decade, Dr. Gonzalez served as Chief of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Hospital Escuela Universitario, Honduras’ largest academic and teaching hospital. During the same period, he also served as Director of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency Program at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), where he trained and mentored the next generation of plastic surgeons.

His leadership in academic medicine, surgical education, and clinical practice has established him as one of the leading plastic surgeons in Honduras and the region.
