From 2017 to 2022, Dr. Winocour served on the faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he contributed to resident education, surgical innovation, and clinical outcomes research. He later joined the University of Colorado as an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery, where he co-founded the Microvascular Surgery Fellowship and served as Associate Program Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program.

Education & Training
Dr. Winocour earned his medical degree from McGill University, an internationally renowned academic medical institution known for its rigorous medical education and research. He completed General Surgery residency training at the University of Toronto, followed by Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he developed a strong foundation in both complex reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
He then pursued advanced fellowship training in Microvascular and Breast Reconstruction Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). During this fellowship, Dr. Winocour further refined his expertise in complex microsurgery, autologous breast reconstruction, and advanced aesthetic surgical techniques.
