Education & Training
Dr. Burns is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. He went on to complete his internship and General Surgery residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, then returned to UT Southwestern for his Plastic Surgery residency. He completed his specialty training with a fellowship at Harvard University in Boston.
