Dr. Conkright built Conkright Aesthetics as a concierge practice around one principle: he personally performs every procedure and every injection, so his patients see the same board-certified plastic surgeon from their first consultation through recovery.

His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body, including facelift and facial fat transfer; breast augmentation, lift and reduction; liposuction, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and body contouring; and surgery after massive weight loss. Many procedures are performed in-office at the Center for Plastic Surgery, where he serves as medical director, with awake-surgery options for suitable patients. He also offers Morpheus8, FaceTite, AccuTite and BodyTite, and injectables.

He earned his undergraduate degree with high distinction and his medical degree at the University of Kentucky, completed his general surgery residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, and trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Ohio State University, where he co-authored a paper on burn metabolism and nutrition in Clinics in Plastic Surgery. His early work in breast reconstruction, cleft lip and palate, burn and facial trauma surgery still shapes the precision he brings to aesthetic surgery today.

Dr. Conkright also designed the AI system that supports the practice's day-to-day operations, so patients get prompt, personal responses while he stays focused on their care.

Outside the operating room, he is an instrument-rated pilot, a second-degree black belt in Chunjido Karate and an advanced open water diver. An Eagle Scout who ran on four consecutive Kentucky state championship cross-country teams, he has summited Mount Kilimanjaro and rafted the Grand Canyon.
