Dr. Soltanian is an associate professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise include breast reconstruction, such as microvascular tissue transfer, and major reconstructive procedures for post-traumatic and oncologic defects.
