What you are describing most likely will require an evaluation by a practitioner. Start by calling your surgeon. They can answer your concerns & direct you for your post operative treatment. Best, Gary R Culbertson, MD, FACS

I had a breast reduction with implants on Sept 5th in Cancun. My question is, I feel an egg sized, hard lump in both breasts, toward the bottom outer side. Is this normal? What should the breast feel like after a reduction with implant?

Return to where you had your surgery & request an evaluation by your surgeon. The contractor is responsible for evaluating you to determine what is going on with your breasts. Best, Gary R Culbertson, MD, FACS

Surgical clearance is something determined by a physician. Have your primary doctor or cadiologist document your evaluation. Get a copy with a copy of your EKG. Take that to your rhinoplasty surgeon before you schedule. They normally will provide it to the individual performing the anesthesia for your surgery. Best, Gary R Culbertson, MD, FACS
