Unfortunately, no one can tell you in advance exactly what size you will be after 915 grams of tissue removal. If your breasts are very dense breast tissue, this may require a smaller volume to be removed than if your breasts are mostly fat. Many insurance companies follow the medicare guidelines in which case you would only need to have 500 grams per breast removed. What is your insurance that requires such a large weight of tissue be removed?

I had a rhinoplasty 9 months ago however I feel that my nose was lifted too much. I’ve been told by my surgeon that it will drop however it looks too high. I had already a long philtrum but it looks much longer now. Will my nose drop?

Will it drop.....? That all depends on what was done inside and how much swelling you still have. Sometimes it looks high due to swelling, sometimes it is due to what surgery was performed. Hopefully your surgeon is correct.

My daughter is 15, turning 16 next year February. She’s 5’ 7” and around 110 lbs but for almost a year has been complaining about her chest size. She has been wearing a 32 triple d bra for a year or so now and as a result of her breast size, she has quit cross country and track because of feeling…

Yes. Your daughter can get a reduction at age 15. It sounds like a reasonable thing to do. And, Insurance should cover it since she is having pain symptoms as long as the weight of the breast tissue removed meets your insurance company's requirements. And also, yes, her breasts may continue to grow. Some women's breasts grow up to age 22, but, most do not. So, if her large breasts are causing her pain and having such a big impact on her life, I would agree with getting breast reduction surgery with the understanding that it may need to be redone in the future if her breasts continue to grow. The best place to start is to call a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and setting up a consultation. Good luck to you.

I'm a 52 yr old female who had breast augmentation in 1992. The implants are textured silicone from DOW. Although the left breast has always seems a bit more full and very slightly larger, I've never had any problems until now. Virtually overnight, my left breast became visibly larger, fuller, more…
